Hedgerow Farms is Northern California’s largest native grassland seed production farm. Located North of Winters on the west side of the Sacramento Valley, on 400+ acres we produce quality California native grass, sedge, and forb seed that has been selected for habitat restoration and re-vegetation in Northern & Central California. Our species availability list includes more than 60 species, including many bioregional ecotypes. We also have a native plug transplant nursery and a native grass straw operation. Additional services include providing customized seed mixes, contract growing, project consulting, and educational tours and workshops.
