Since 1999, Seaflow has worked to bring attention and policy solutions to the threat of noise pollution created by US Navy high-intensity sonar. In Spring 2008, Seaflow will launch its Sanctuaries Campaign and volunteer citizen watchdog Vessel Watch Project to protect the marine environment by monitoring and publicizing the environmental impacts of large vessels on our California Sanctuaries and state MPAs at the mouth of the Golden Gate and advocate for best practices solutions to this problem.
