Mark your calendars for September 9th! EcoFair Marin is back, and even better this year, with over 80 exhibits, do-it- yourself demonstrations and speakers, including author Van Jones, as keynote presenter. Inspired by San Rafael’s Climate Action Plan and presented in partnership with Seven-Star, this community event celebrates Marin County’s rich heritage of innovative environmental stewardship. Discover practical, new eco-living habits, meet local innovators and stewards from business, government, education and nonprofit sectors who together are leading the charge into the future to build a healthier and more sustainable community. You’ll also find great food, drink, live music and plenty of hands-on activities to keep the little environmentalists busy in the Urbansitter Kid Zone, including a book reading by children’s book author Susan Katz.
