It’s Earth Day! Celebrate with our native species

Happy Earth Day! However you choose to spend it, whether you participate in festivities with your community or pick up litter on a local beach, it’s worthwhile taking a moment to remember the amazing Bay Area creatures that inspire our sense of love and duty to the Earth.

Very few other places have so many iconic, charismatic species as the Bay Area, and I’d venture to guess the sheer density of “wow factor” wildlife contributes to the strong environmental spirit of the region. So with that, here’s our reminder of what we’re fighting to save.
