Western Jack O’Lantern Mushrooms (Omphalotus olivascens). The name reflects the bioluminescent property of the gills of a fresh specimen, which emit a greenish glow. This species is poisonous. Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. Felton, Santa Cruz Co., Calif.
