Aerial Gilbert is the outreach manager for Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael. She is also an avid rower and has competed in the adaptive division of the World Rowing Championships annually since 2002, including this year's competition in England. Aerial has been featured in numerous publications, including Sunset and Outside.
