Channel Drive, Santa Rosa, CA, United States

Please join “Bill & Dave Hikes” for a late fall hike at Annadel State Park. In order to start promptly at 10 AM please meet in the main parking lot at the end of Channel Drive at 9:45 AM. This 12.5 mile hike has a total elevation gain of 1200 feet and will last approximately six hours. We will hike on Richardson, Steve’s S, Lake, Canyon, Marsh, Ridge, and Two Quarry Trails. Wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring lunch with plenty to drink. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather, rain or shine. Please consider carpooling and note that the parking fee is to be paid at the self-registration pipe by the stop sign.

Anyone wishing to carpool can meet at the St. Francis (Safeway) shopping center in Santa Rosa for a prompt 9:30 AM departure.  The meeting place is at the corner of the parking lot nearest the Calistoga Road and Highway 12 intersection.  This is a “leaderless” carpool meeting place i.e. it’s up to those who are there to organize the carpool.

You can access the “Bill & Dave Hikes” web page directly at our new website address, www.billanddavehikes.com.  Add it to your “Favorites” list for fast and accurate information about our hikes, including our remaining 2012 schedule.

Questions? You can contact us at fmi@sonic.net.

Our hikes (excluding the Yosemite and San Francisco road trips) are sponsored by Sonoma County Regional Parks, Team Sugarloaf, and the Valley of the Moon Natural History Association.
