This access point allows us to climb to the long ridge that extends from the east flank of Mount Tamalpais and runs between Mill Valley and the Larkspur/Corte Madera area. The initial climb is steep, but once we are on the ridge we can scan the sky for passing raptors as we enjoy a 5 mile loop that includes the Huckleberry Trail and the Southern Marin Line Fire Road.
This walk is for ages 15 and up. We request that no pets (except service animals) attend. High fire danger may cancel: Call (415) 893-9527 after 7am on the morning of the event to hear a recorded message if cancelled.
