Learn about the history of San Francisco Bay and then go hands-on to help restore tidal wetland and upland habitat above Creekside Marsh. We will focus on maintenance work around recently planted native shrubs, removing competing non-native grasses and adding sheets of cardboard and mulch to our worksite. Work will take place on moderate to steep terrain. We request that no animals (except service animals) attend. This event will take place rain or shine. Pre-registration is required. For more information or to register, visit www.savesfbay.org. Meet at Hal Brown Park at Creekside on Bon Air Rd in Greenbrae. DIRECTIONS: From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take exit 450B for Sir Francis Drake Blvd west 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Bon Air Rd and follow 0.3 mile. The park is on the left.
