Adults may adopt a Bay checkerspot caterpillar and place it in its new home within the butterfly habitat at Edgewood. Minors accompanied by adults may adopt a caterpillar for the scientists to place on their behalf. This is a rare opportunity for you to play a role in preserving a species from extinction.

Registration required.  Meets at the Clarika Trailhead.
