Learn about vineyard dry farming techniques as a partial solution to water scarcity on the Central Coast.

Speakers from two local vineyards will discuss the impacts of dry farming on wine quality and their experience with reducing irrigation in their vineyards. Other speakers will talk about dry farming efforts and the California Coast Water Stewardship Initiative as well as the water situation in the Paso Sablos region.

Registration with coffee and other refreshments start at 8:30 a.m. Space is limited to 40 people. Please RSVP.
