Bring your binoculars and help identify and characterize the many bird species that live in this area during the winter. Explorer docents Dennis Smith, Lynn Jackson, Bill Korbholz, and Laura Levin will work with you as you proceed at a leisurely pace and covering 2 to 3 miles.
For this activity at Stevens Creek Shoreline Nature Study Area, meet in the Kite Area parking lot at Shoreline-at-Mountain View Park. From Highway 101, take Shoreline Boulevard east to the Shoreline Park entrance. After passing the entrance kiosk, turn right into the parking lot.
