Join ranger/photographer Craig Solin as we explore fall colors at beautiful Stafford Lake Park. If weather allows we will take a short hike through the park focusing on nature’s various colors and reflections. We’ll also head up the Terwilliger Trail and, depending on water levels, explore the edge of the lake to find interesting vantage points. Bring layered clothing, a snack, a camera, and good footwear as it could be muddy or slippery. Dogs are not permitted at Stafford Lake Park. From Hwy 101 in Novato, take the Atherton Ave/San Marin Drive exit west approximately 4 miles and turn right at Novato Blvd. Stafford Lake Park is 1 mile ahead on the left. Turn right at the gatehouse and follow the road all the way to the last parking area. Stafford Lake Park is located at 3549 Novato Blvd. Park entrance fee waived for participants.
