To celebrate the fall equinox docents Paul Vadopalas and Kandis Scott will lead a 4-mile, leisurely hike on the shaded Old Page Mill Road to enjoy the changing of the seasons. Depending on the summer weather, grapes may be found growing amongst coast live oaks — vines that are possibly from early 19th century settlements.

This Skyline Ridge Preserve activity will meet at the Russian Ridge Preserve parking lot located on the northwest corner of the Skyline Boulevard (Highway 35) and Page Mill/Alpine Road intersection (across Skyline Blvd. on the right). Those traveling from I-280 on Page Mill Rd. should allow approximately 40 minutes travel time.
