Restore oak woodland and native grassland habitat by removing outcompeting Douglas-fir trees. Our shrinking pocket meadows are home to sun-loving plants and animals and are hunting grounds for birds of prey.

The fruits of our open canopy hardwoods–oak, bay and madrone trees–nourish abundant forest wildlife. Halt the advancement of the fast-growing, shade-producing conifers.

Meet at 9 a.m. at the Lake Lagunitas parking lot at the end of Sky Oaks Road off Bolinas Road in Fairfax.
