Join this free guided hike with your docent, Linda. Learn about the park’s plants, wildlife and human history, including the Native Americans, pioneers and ranchers who once called Lynch Canyon home.
WHAT TO BRING: (1) $5 for parking. (2) Plenty of water and snacks. (3) Closed-toe shoes that grip well. (4) Trekking poles if you find them helpful. (4) Protection from sun, wind, fog. (5) Binoculars and camera if you wish.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: Pets, flip-flops, anything involving a flame or smoke
WHAT TO BE PREPARED FOR: Pollen, insects, hills, perhaps a little mud.
COST: Free! Parking is $5 per vehicle.
MEETING PLACE: Meet your guide in the parking lot when the gate opens at 9:00 a.m.
REGISTRATION: None required. Just show up!
