DESCRIPTION:Led by Bob Power. Join Bob at the premier hawk migration site in western North America: Hawk Hill in Marin County. The end of September is the peak of the fall accipiter migration and often produces 12 species of raptors or more. Raptor identification will be a non-stop field experience as hawks\, falcons\, accipiters\, kites\, and more move through this natural migration funnel. Bob is the Executive Director at Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society and has led a Hawkwatch team at Hawk Hill for 9 years.    $50 per person- Limit 11 people    The California Fall Challenge is the San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory's biggest fundraising event. Join a guided trip to get outside and support bird conservation.
