Explore and enjoy the fall season on wheels with docents Linda and Glenn Wegner on this advanced ride covering about 30 miles with 3,500 feet of climbing. you’ll begin this excursion from Los Gatos, ride over to and along Kennedy Road, then ride the Woods Trail, returning to your starting point via Hicks and Kennedy Roads. Riders must have experience with technical single-track trails and fire roads. Bring power snacks. Reservations are required and will be accepted on or after October 25.
Advanced Mountain Bike Ride: Intended for participants with dirt single-track riding experience; competent at climbing and descending steep and rough trails. Moderate to fast pace, 10+ mile ride on a wide variety of trail conditions. For experienced riders with a high level of physical fitness and excellent endurance.
For this activity at Sierra Azul Preserve, meet in the parking lot of the Forbes Mill Museum in Los Gatos. The museum is located at 75 Church Street, off of E. Main Street.
