Please find below your invitation to East Bay Regional Park District’s dedication of the Wildcat Marsh Trail on Saturday, Sept. 8 from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. This important section of San Francisco Bay Trail links the Wildcat Creek Regional Trail staging area with the Landfill Loop Trail providing expansive views of San Pablo Bay and tidal wetlands at the mouths of both Wildcat and San Pablo Creeks.
The celebration includes hands-on activities and free bicycle helmets for children, as well as refreshments and a naturalist-led hike for all following the short dedication ceremony. Bring your bike and enjoy a five-mile self-guided ride on the Wildcat Marsh Trail and around the Landfill Loop Trail.
Location: The Wildcat Creek Trail staging area is on the west side of Richmond Parkway between Wildcat Creek and Pittsburg Ave
