Rancho del Oso Nature and History Center’s “Wildflower Weekend!”

The annual spring wildflower weekend showcasing the area’s vibrant spring flowers takes place at the Rancho del Oso Nature and History Center. Visitors can see many flowers from buttercups to shooting stars to western wake robin on display. A watercolor wildflower show, slide presentations, and games and crafts for kids compliment the show of live flowers. Wildflower walks are at 1:30 on both days; Sunday’s wildflower walk is specifically geared toward families with children. Special activities include wildflower sketching and a wildflower presentation each day at 3:00 p.m.
