Mapping Your Community Workshops

Learn how to use ArcGIS 9.3 to create your own maps at one of these workshops.

Participants in this one-day workshop (repeated on the 5th) will learn to use ArcGIS 9.3, which can be used to create thematic maps, address maps, and census and American Cummunity Survey data maps. Participants will also learn to conduct spatial queries, download free shapefiles, and create well-designed maps. Exercises are designed for beginners; intermediate Excel skills required. Materials provided, including continuing access to programs and on-line training.
