Strike a Natural Pose

Young children, with their inherent flexibility and sense of balance, are natural Yogis! Come explore yoga poses inspired by nature. We will do some poses indoors and then go outside to create some poses of our own. A light snack will be served. Ages 8-12 yrs, parent participation required. Reg.
