Friends of Juana Briones
In the 1840s, a Latina businesswoman, humanitarian, and landowner named Juana Briones built a rare earthen-walled house. Friends of Juana Briones is a coalition of historians, architects, neighbors, educators, business and community leaders committed to the preservation of that home.
