Gustin Ranch is part of a trio of properties, along with Dutra and Sky Ranch, on the top of Franklin Ridge, above Martinez. Owned and managed by the Muir Heritage Land Trust, they are still working lands, frequently grazed, and they offer great views into the hills around Martinez. These were among the first properties protected and managed by Muir Heritage, which has gone on to be a force for conservation along the Carquinez Strait.
