54 acre Park managed by: Port of Oakland

This park surrounds a 180-acre restored aquatic habitat, adjacent to the busiest Port on the bay.

Middle Harbor is an unusual mix of gritty industry and Bay views. The park is a great place to see brown pelicans, cormorants, terns, and other birds. And, from the park’s observatory tower, you’ll get a one-of-a-kind perspective on the busy Port of Oakland.
