Bring binoculars as there is much bird life to be seen here in the fall, winter, and spring.
Shore birds, including sandpipers, red-winged blackbirds, egrets and cranes thrive in Rush Creek’s marshlands. This preserve also contains Pinheiro Ridge, where Coast live oaks and California bays dot the open grasslands.
