A Day of Nature on Albany Hill

Enjoy a day of nature with a Monarch butterfly count, birdwatching, forest bathing, and a mural tour of the East Bay town of Albany’s special nature and open space, home to many native species of wildflowers, ferns, shrubs, and trees.  Here’s the full schedule:

• Birdwatching, 8:00 – 10:00 AM, Meet at Pierce St bridge/Cerrito Creek, with Ralph Pericoli
• Forest Bathing, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM, with Kirra Swenerton, MS
• Trail Intro/Mural Tour, 1:30 – 2:45 PM, with Carole Fitzgerald
• Monarch Butterfly Count, 3:00 — 4:30 PM, with Carole Fitzgerald, Michael Gold, Mia Monroe, Kirra Swenerton
