About the Speaker:
Jack Norris is a registered dietitian and the executive director of the nonprofit organization, Vegan Outreach. Jack is the co-author, along with Ginny Messina, MPH, RD of the book, Vegan For Life: Everything You Need to Know to Be Healthy on a Plant-Based Diet. Jack manages the website and blog, VeganHealth.org and in 2005, he was elected to the Animal Rights Hall of Fame.
