Baylands Bioblitz

Saturday, October 1 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

| Free

Join the Environmental Volunteers for an exciting day of citizen science at the Baylands Nature Preserve. A Bioblitz is simply a snapshot of the plants and animals in a given location at one time. Help to record all the living things that can be found during the day, using the iNaturalist app. The collected data will contribute to the Horizontal Levee Pilot Project, led by the City of Palo Alto to use habitat restoration and green infrastructure to provide alternative flood control from sea level rise.
