Join this social ride to visit one of Midpen’s many hidden gems – Fremont Older Open Space Preserve!
Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition is excited to host another family-friendly and slow-paced ride in the South Bay – but this time, you’ll leave the busy streets of San Jose to explore an amazing Open Space Preserve in the Saratoga/Cupertino area. This ride (30 minutes each way) is perfect for those who’ve got a couple of short rides under their belt and who are looking for a slightly increased challenge. While the distance is quite short, there is a gentle and gradual climb to the entrance of the park. After arriving at Fremont Older, you’ll park your bikes and briefly rest before doing a brief hike/walk to Seven Springs Trail.
