Birding for Beginners

Saturday, October 22 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

| Free

Join us for Birding 101!

Looking to get outdoors in a new way? Searching for a fun and rewarding pastime? We hope you join us for a little Birding for Beginners with Ceal Craig, Ph.D., a 20-year volunteer for the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

We are excited to host a presentation, followed by a small birding stroll along the New Chicago Marsh Trail at the Alviso Unit of the Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The trail is ADA Accessible and suitable for anyone with mobility limitations.

This event is geared toward all ages but will be most enjoyable for those ages eight and up.

Register here: https://birdingforbeginnersfall22.eventbrite.com.

If you need any additional accommodations or have any questions, please email us at watershedwatchers@sfbayws.org, and we will do our best to respond to all requests.

This program is brought to you by the San Francisco Bay Wildlife Society (SFBWS) and the Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program (SCVURPPP).
