Environmental Volunteers’ Family Nature Walks program is designed to help students and their families get to know our local open space areas. Small family groups will be guided by a knowledgeable environmental educator during an exploration of a local open space. These small groups will be introduced to fun nature-based activities, and a chance to learn more about the plants and animals all around us. Join this program for some fun, outdoor learning!
Each group will have a maximum limit of 12 participants. Families/groups are welcome to sign up for as many as they like. The nature walks are intended for children aged 6 to 11 (each group is accompanied by an adult). If registration is full, get on the waitlist! If the waitlist is large enough, additional groups can be created if EV Nature Walk leaders are available.
