Field Trip: Using Calflora at Mt. Davidson

Mount Davidson is the highest peak in San Francisco offering spectacular views of San Francisco’s skyline, bay, and the surrounding coastal mountains. This park offers habitat for numerous resident and migratory birds, butterflies, and insects—awe inspiring all year.

CNPS Yerba Buena has been working with SF NRD to restore habitat at this beautiful site. Use Calflora on this walk to explore the native plants here.

Fill in the required waiver in order to attend.

Muni to or drive and park at Dalewood Way and Landsdale Ave. and walk to the top of Mount Davidson. Meet at the cross on the top of Mt Davidson at 12:00 noon.
