Connect with nature, engage the senses, and enjoy the therapeutic health benefits of a mind, body, spirit experience of complete immersion into our beautiful Redwood Forests. We’ll meet at the Pomo Canyon Environmental Campground and walk slowly and quietly into the redwood forest, stopping frequently to see, listen, touch, smell, and even taste;)
Your hosts: Larry Williams and Cynthia Halliday bring their enthusiasm, knowledge, experience, and commitment to wellness to this forest immersion experience. Larry Williams is a longtime local resident and certified Naturalist and Animal Tracker. Cynthia is a local resident, Artist and Psychotherapist. Larry and Cynthia are both Stewards of the Redwoods volunteer docents at Armstrong Redwoods and can be seen on foot and on mountain bike throughout the Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast area.
