Through a guided meditative walk at Stout Grove, a beautiful old-growth redwood grove along the banks of Smith River, visitors will have a chance to experience the redwoods in a new and unique way.
On this walk, you will connect to the magnificent Coast Redwoods through guided meditation. Barefoot (if chosen), you will ground yourself with the pulse of the planet. You will learn about the benefits of grounding/earthing and about our personal energy centers, and how to connect ours with the trees and each other on this meditative journey.
