Join docent naturalists Ann McCarty, Marie Faust Evitt, and Catherine Crawford-Swent for this interactive hike (app. 4 miles). You’ll use your five senses to explore mindfulness in nature. Activities include a walking meditation and the opportunity to experience a solo hike. This is a leisurely-paced hike along the White Oak and Stevens Creek Nature Trails.
