CNPS is partnering with SF Public Works Bureau of Urban Forestry and Landscape Architecture Bureau and Climate Action Now California (CAN!) to plant native coastal scrub habitat between Santiago and Taraval (@36th) along Sunset Boulevard.
The goal is to build habitat and promote biodiversity with local native plants, which will support local pollinators and wildlife in a corridor that connects Lake Merced and Golden Gate Park.
We will be planting coastal scrub gardens on Saturday December 5 and 12 from 10am-5pm.
You can sign up here for a time slot on the CAN! web site.
