Leap Year Bioblitz at Laguna Seca

February 29, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Count every species we can find at the North Coyote Valley Conservation Area to help scientists collect data!

Join our BioBlitz expert Merav and Authority docents as we catalog every species we can find in our new property, North Coyote Valley Conservation Area, including the seasonal wetland Laguna Seca. Big or small, we’ll find it all!

We will be using the free phone application iNaturalist, so please download the app to your smartphone and create an account ahead of time. Don’t worry if you are new to iNaturalist, we will help you get started! We will be walking up to 4 miles on flat gravel or dirt trail, so please wear comfortable shoes, and bring plenty of water, snacks, and layers for warmth.

Free event. Register here.
