Plant acorns along Arroyo Mocho!

November 15, 2014 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

| FREE

Living Arroyos is improving a mile of stream channel along Stanley Blvd., and we need your help! On Saturday, Nov. 15, we will be planting acorns that will be the foundation of a wonderful forest.

We’ll work from 9 AM to noon, and will supply coffee, snacks and water for volunteers. Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. Sunblock, a hat, and a water bottle will help too!

Location: Arroyo Mocho along Stanley Blvd in Livermore

Park: Summertree Drive and Cottonwood Court, 94551.

Find us: Walk along the bike path at Cottonwood Court for about five minutes to get to our site.

Allow a few extra minutes for parking and finding us – we’d like to start right at 9.

Please register for the event. If you’re under 18, please bring a Release form filled out by a parent/guardian. If you’re over 18, you will fill one out for yourself.

We look forward to meeting you!

ARE YOU A PLANNER?
