Saturday Walk in the Park: Gualala Point

Enjoy a Saturday morning walk in Gualala Point Park while discussing various natural and cultural history topics as we meander park trails and the beach.

Join this leisurely stroll through coastal prairie, riparian area, beach, and bluff trails with an emphasis on a different natural and cultural history topic on each walk. You’ll discuss dynamic marine, river, and open space environments, the different plants and wildlife to be found, as well as the area’s history. Learn about whales, the San Andreas fault, Siberians, cougars, bumblebees, eagles, and much more!
