The Seniors Hike for Health program is free and held on every 3rd Tuesday of each month from 10 AM-1 PM. Hikes are 2-3 miles long and range from easy to moderate. Naturalist-led hikes are designed for seniors age 55+ to encourage healthy living, fun, and friendship in the outdoors.
Adventures include visits to open space preserves, city parks, county parks as well as California State Parks and beaches from San Francisco to Monterey Bay. You learn about their different habitats, beautiful plants and animals, and fascinating natural and cultural history.
