Southwest Slopes of Mount Diablo

Spring is a wonderful time to hike this loop on the lower slopes of Mount Diablo’s southwestern side. The route, which includes portions of Stage Rd, Barbecue Terrace, and Wall Pt Rd, takes you through big skies and open grasslands, woodland, and along a wide rocky vein with magnificent valley views.

This event is limited to 20 participants and there will be a $6 park entrance fee.
