Join us for a bird scavenger hunt for World Migratory Bird Day! From May 6th to 9th, get outside and observe birds around you! We challenge you to find certain birds and observe their behavior. All you need to do is download the scavenger hunt below, find as many of the birds as you can between May 6-9, and answer as many questions as you can! Print the file or write down your answers and the date you saw each bird on a paper or mobile device.
Submit your observations by emailing Koryna Boudinot at firstname.lastname@example.org or by entering your answers in this form by Monday, May 10th and you’ll be entered to win a prize! This event is great for the whole family and can be done anywhere – outside your window, in your backyard, your neighborhood, or a local park or beach! Remember, even if you don’t find all the birds or know the answers to all the questions, you can still share what you found with us!
Or submit your observations in this electronic form!
Join us for a live virtual event on Friday, May 7th at 4pm to help you get started on your scavenger hunt and learn about the scavenger hunt birds! All you have to do is register below and the link will be sent in the confirmation email. This program is recommended for kids and their families of all ages. Questions? Contact Koryna Boudinot at email@example.com.
This program is part of Virtual Bird Fest, a celebration of World Migratory Bird Day with our partners at the San Francisco Bay Wildlife Society and Don Edwards SF Bay National Wildlife Refuge!
