Wild Words Book Club: Natural State By Steven Gilbar

Friday, May 5 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free

Cozy up with a good book as we explore the magical world of nature through literature

Celebrate California with Natural State, an anthology of nature writing by Steven Gilbar, featuring 40 authors whose works span more than a century. Experience the many changes that have occurred to California’s Landscape through essays, diary entries, and excerpts from larger works. Stories about California’s wild places are divided into categories including mountains, deserts, coasts, and elements, and will take readers on a journey through the country’s most geographically diverse state.

The Wild Words Book Club will meet virtually once a month to discuss the reading. Cozy up with a good book as we explore the magical world of nature through literature.
