When the sun crosses the celestial equator on this day\, it creates equal parts of day and night. The symbolic balance of light and darkness creates a powerful moment to tap into the transformative energy of the transitioning seasons and the cosmos beyond. A moment where we can dissolve what we no longer want\, and welcome in what does. \nPlease join sound meditation intuitives Anderson Pugash\, Dan Dowdell\, and Ellian Raffoul for an evening of sound\, sacredness\, and meditation. They will be sharing the vibrations of peace\, serenity\, and love. The group creates a cosmic soundscape guided by their intuition and using a wide array of instruments including celestial gongs\, gemstone-infused crystal bowls\, flutes\, crystal quartz harp\, didgeridoo\, drums\, and more. \nAs the creationary force of our universe\, sound is unique in its ability to infuse every cell in the body with energy and intention. It is ever-present and accessible to all\, yet infinite in possibility. \nSpace is limited\, please be sure to secure your tickets in advance. Learn more here and register here. \nPlease be sure to bring your mat and cushions for your comfort. \nMay all beings find inner harmony and upliftment.\n– Anderson\, Dan & Ellian \nQuestions? Help remedy many years of inattention to Black Point Historic Gardens in Fort Mason\, and learn the garden’s history. Join the Parks Conservancy in stewarding this special place! Volunteers will help to remove invasive species that have overwhelmed the site and revegetate the garden with a mix of native species and horticultural species that were planted by the residents over 100 years ago. Activities primarily include weeding\, pruning\, and planting. \nRegister to show up on Fridays from 9 AM–12 PM by checking out the volunteer page here.
