Rock Parks Loop for Walkers 50+

Walkers age 50+ will explore Berkeley's "rock parks" on a loop with dramatic volcanic outcrops, spectacular views, a wooded canyon, elegant old homes, and exciting "greening" projects. Walk includes hills and staircases -- wear shoes with good traction; dress for all weather; bring water and sticks if you use them. Meet at Indian Rock Park, 950 Indian Rock Ave. at Shattuck (AC Transit 7).510 848 9358. Free, but numbers are limited. Registration required.
