Hi, as a recent visitor (Nov 5th) to the Antioch area I noticed all along the Delta, long strands of spider webs. They were everywhere, catching on fishing poles, masts, any structure, and sometimes clumping into white masses. We got out of our car on one levee and in the 10 minutes were were out, spider silk covered our car and us. Can anyone help answer the question – what is producing all these strands?
Thanks, Sharon from Colorado
