Chuck Striplen is of Mutsun descent (Monterey Bay region), and currently serves as an environmental scientist with the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. He holds a MS and PhD in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from UC Berkeley – and has spent much of the last 30 years studying California’s modern and historical watersheds under native and non-native management regimes.
