At this Park
301 acre Park managed by: East Bay Regional Park District
Fishing and birding are favorite activities at this park on the western Delta shoreline.
A 1.1-mile loop trail provides visitors with views of Suisun Bay and wildlife viewing opportunities. Fishing along the shoreline is a popular activity here. Because of the park’s location in the western Delta, the water here can range from almost completely fresh to salty, depending upon the season. The fish fauna also vary with the season. The Delta has been designated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as critical habitat for delta smelt, winter-run chinook salmon, and steelhead, and for general fisheries improvement.
