Learn to Read Animal Tracks and Signs in beautiful Pomo Canyon

Saturday, March 16 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

$10.

This is a great class! Last month’s animal tracking class was completely sold out, so RSVP as soon as you can! Space is limited to 20 attendees.

Get out your waterproof boots and lets go for a walk at one of California’s most beautiful spaces -Pomo Canyon in Willow Creek (just South of Jenner). Join Larry and Cynthia and learn to recognize animal tracks and signs, nests and burrows. We will open our senses to details of animal presence and interactions in the environment. Join us as we venture into the world of our local animal inhabitants of beautiful Pomo Canyon while the ground is wet, and animals tracks are most likely to be in abundance! This is a great class for beginning trackers, but all levels are welcome!

Be sure to bring a lunch or snack, and water, of course. The area is stunning right now, and we are sure you will want to stay after the class is over, and enjoy the views while you eat.

This event is not advised for children under 13 years old since we will be doing a bit of walking on uneven ground.
